LC/MS (Liquid Chromatography / Mass Spectrometry)

LC/MS (Liquid Chromatography / Mass Spectrometry)

LC/MS is an analytical technique that combines the compounds' separation capabilities of LC with the mass analysis capabilities of MS. This technique has higher sensitivity and selectivity than other analytical methods. These properties provide you with qualitative and quantitative analysis of trace elements in a composite sample. This method is used for broad fields, such as plasma drug concentration measurement, drug metabolite analysis, food metabolite analysis, organic material analysis, and environmental pollutant analysis.

Our company has high-resolution LC-MS equipment and a Triple Quadrupole LC-MS. According to the customer's needs, we provide the best way. Additionally, our team undertakes the service of structural estimation of unknown compounds.

Equipment

Bruker Daltonics Solarix (FT-ICR-MS)

This equipment uses MALDI and ESI (ElectroSpray Ionization). Dual ion source for MALDI/ESI can switch both ion sources rapidly. Additionally, using micro HPLC makes LC/MS(/MS) higher sensitivity and a much higher spatial solution.

Waters SYNAPT

We can use both MALDI and ESI by switching both ion sources. The property of this equipment is ion mobility that brings the latest LC/MS(/MS).

Waters Xevo TQ-XS

We can use both MALDI and ESI by switching both ion sources. We can analyze a complicated matrix such as a biological sample by using SRM.

IMS (Imaging Mass Spectrometry)

IMS is a technique to visualize the spatial distribution and mass information of molecules, so IMS gets a map of molecule information in the tissue or organ. This label-free method makes a compound analysis more reasonable and prompt than autoradiography, which is a traditional method.
